Gordon Bello is an attorney and President of Habitat Creators. His work on AMANI brings together zoning strategy, planning, design coordination, and brand direction, with direct involvement in the decisions that shape the development.
AMANI is planned for 2301 NW 54th Street, with 25 four-bedroom rental homes. The proposed community is designed around family-sized living, individual entrances, and affordability throughout.
Gordon works alongside the project’s architectural, construction, and design teams to move that vision forward. His focus is on the relationship between the development plan and the homes families will eventually live in—from the use of the site to the layout and character of the residences.
The project remains a proposed development. Final design, eligibility requirements, rents, and leasing dates are subject to confirmation. The project update list is open for news and future information; it is not a housing application.
